The biscuits came out a little more brown on the bottom, but I think that's because DW put them in before the oven was ready. I woke up, turned on the oven, went to the bathroom, and took the dog out and was planning to put them in when I got back inside. DW had already put them in, and I didn't notice how long they had been in. Knowing her, she put them in right when I got out of the bathroom, so not enough time for the oven to heat up properly.
I've discovered that preheating is VERY important for these little ovens. Give it plenty of time to get warmed up and it works A LOT better. Between that process and the pizza stone, I think I've got it figured out now! And it only took 3 years!!
