Kielbasa, Klobasa, Koobasaw.....German, Czech, Canadian, Portuguese or Polish....however you pronounce it and whatever you are, it was on my menu last weekend. Forgot the grape jelly so I simply split it down the side, threw it on the grill till the split opened up, doused the split with BBQ sauce and grilled it a while. Ate it with Mac & Cheese and the g-kids were as happy as they could be with POP's cooking.
