Nacho Bag Taco Salads

Thought I would share this for anyone else that wants a quick and fun meal at the campsite. We tried it this past weekend with our kids and got comments like "best meal ever" and "we need to do this every time".

We pre-cooked ground beef with taco seasoning and brought along lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and 1 personal sized bag of nacho chips per person.

Give the bag a scrunch or two to break up the chips, add the preferred ingredients, mix and enjoy right out of the bag with a fork.

They are called "walking tacos" because you can walk and eat at the same time. My kids love them too.

I can walk and eat regular tacos... Maybe these should be called "tacos in a bag" lol...
