Redneck Benedict

Although not exactly a regular canadian dish but I love biscuits and gravy. I decided to do a spin on it today, no pics so you will have to picture it. I took a flaky biscuit, put a sausage patty a fried egg and poured some peppered country gravy over it. Kind of looked like a heart attack waiting to happen, but it sure tasted good.

If you want a little more, add a hash brown.

That was a tasty dish you had.
