Super Bowl Menu??

Kind of lazy day for us so have a 6.2# whole chicken all seasoned up and in the slow cooker

Mashed potatoes and gravy will round out our easy day of cooking.

Lots of munchies and pizza for dinner. Even got some Budweiser to get with the spirit.

Buffalo wings, baby back ribs, stuffed mushrooms, 5 different types of dip, pita chips, cheesecake, homemade oatmeal raisin cookies and I am probably forgetting half of it. Lots of different beer and wine with a little mixed drinks thrown in. We always host a big superbowl party.

I hope everyone had plenty to eat since that was about all there was to do. There wasn't much of a game.

It was for Seattle fans. The Seahawks played a great game.

Had a potluck with about 30 friends. Great variety of food from ribs to meatloaf and chicken and great cookies for desert. The game proved that there are outstanding teams and players other than the Broncos and Manning.
