Warm up the Rotisserie ....

OK...it's not campfire, and I'm not camping... but I was playing with some mesquite chips and bar-b-que mixes with boneless chicken over the rotisserie...

What's your choice? Teriyaki Bourbon, Sweet Honey Mesquite, Vinegar/Red Pepper/Peach Jelly, or Hot Wing....

Exactly what the three of us did norty1....it was hard to pick a favorite!....no leftovers, sorry!

It's not a holiday in canada this weekend but I always cook a Sunday chicken or two or three on my weber charcoal. The only propane I use keeps my refer running. Charcoal rules lookin good 3butchers!
