Weber Baby Q The Only Grill
I bought a Weber Grill for my Home several years ago. I loved it so much there was no debate or pondering when we needed a portable grill for out Rv. The Weber Quality is second to none, and the covers to the rust proof hardware. My grill is used in Pa all year long 20 degrees or 90 it dont matter it fires right up and Weber has the best recipes they will send you.

Another vote for the Camp Chef 3 burner grill. We Love it. I also bought the quick connect hose so that I don't need to carry an extra propane tank. I just use the quick connect fitting from our Jayco.

Weber Genesis E-310 at home and Weber Q 100 at camp. Ones too big and the other is too small but Weber does make a great gas grill.

I just bought the coleman road trip XLE for the camper. Fits perfectly in the front storage compartment. It uses the 1lb tanks which is great for portability, but can be a hassle at times. I'm looking to tie into my campers propane system so I don't have to always have propane cans.

Not sure about your model, but mine has a "T" in the gas line under the trailer so I eventually plan on adding a connector. If you get under yours and follow the gas line you might find one.
As for installing it, if you are not 100% confident in your ability to run gas lines, I would not do it - just not worth the risk to you and the family in my opinion.
Sometimes you can get the local propane companies to do things like that for a very good price. They know the more accessories you have, the more gas you will buy from them. I have had them do work for me before and they were always very very reasonable.

Just the wife and I so we use a Weber Smokey Joe. We prefer the taste of charcoal. It is a little messy but not bad. I keep it in a 30 gallon trash bag after it cools and I dump the ashes, so that keeps the mess out of my storage area.

I agree, nothing beats the taste of charcoal!!! I use a Brinkman grill/smoker with charcoal and mesquite wood chips soaked for 30 minutes in water with Jim Bean and onion! Gives a great smokey flavor to everything! The DW says that she loves the "cooking cologne" also...wishes they could bottle the smell!!!

I haven't purchased a 1lb cylinder of propane in my last 6 years of camping. I just keep a lookout for empty green cylinders near the recycling area and I refill them off of a standard 20lb tank. I'm considering buying a line to tie into the camper's LP system, provided it costs less than $12, brand new.

Camp Chef Big Gas grill for me too. The barbecue box is handy because it barbecues great and can be set aside if you need more burners. The Big Gas Grill is also sturdy enough to support heavy cast iron cookware or dutch ovens.

I use a Weber portable gas grill. This is the best gas grill I have ever owned that is portable, and it rivals my big house grill as far as the food it cooks. I love it. And i love the lightweight simple design. Easy to carry, store and pack.
Not much on the Weber BabyQ at all,too heavy for a tiny grill and I don't like the griddle, i like the open grill design. And mine was a third of the price. $49.99 vs 149.99. Just couldn't see the benefit in paying an extra $100 for a design I didnt care for. I have always liked the box style portable grills that the handles/stand close it up tight.
I agree with those who say they love the taste of charcoal, but I have never cared for the hassle, as we cook in light rains a lot. I lose a bit of taste I am sure for the convenience factor.

I have to agree with the convenience of gas vs charcoal. I like to be able to light the grill, throw on a frozen burger or two and be eating in 10-15 minutes even in the rain. And no ashes to throw out or have to wait on the charcoal to burn out prior to disposal. Besides, charcoal is terrible expensive now days and I carry propane around already as do most of us.

For those that have used the RVQ grill, I have the older 2000 model (no longer made). It came with the camper and the on/off knob does not work. I contacted the manufacture of the RVQ2 and pars do not crossover. Anyone had this issue?
Why do you not like the RVQ? I am using a wallmart special but would like to get the RVQ operational.

I've got this one too... think I paid $45 for it from Amazon (free shipping) and it works very well! Weber products are exceptional and I've never owned better grills. Yes, a bit more expensive but it's like anything -- you get what you pay for.
What I need to do is get a T so I can run my Camp Chef 2-burner stove and this off the same larger bottle.

That is just about the same as ours . We don't have the round vents on the top.
