Air cond vents in 3914

Before I purchased the 3914 I asked To confirm there are AC vents in the rear multi purpose room, which important for using it for the kids. So when we took it out for first time there was no air coming from the two vents (louvers open). Here's what I found. All other vents there is a gap in the vent above the plastic round Vent cover and the metallic surface of what I assume to be the upper ceiling insulation. This is where the air flows. On the rear two, there is no gap, thus no air flow. Something missing or need to be done or adjusted?

Anyone with a 3914 have any light to shed on this? Do you have airflow back there? Is there something I'm missing or is this yet another issue with my 3914.

Thanks in advance for the info.

I have a 2015 3912, different floor plan, but would assume simular frame. I do have ac vents in the garage and they are pushing ac to that area in the garage. I did get the 2nd ac option, not sure if that matters.

I would think a trip to the dealer would be in order.

Problem solved. Factory never cut out the holes in the ducts.
