Bought a 2016 seismic wave 412 today

We bought a 412w left over 16 today. I can't wait to pick it up Monday. Anything I should look for when I make my journey to Michigan to pick it up. Thank you for any info to help out.
Thanks Alex

Congratulations on the new Seismic. Nice Christmas present!

There is an extensive PDI list on this site to help with that. You should also have the dealer winterize it for your trip back. And keep an eye on the weather.

It may be winterized now, but you'll 'undo' that when you put water in to test the plumbing, pump, faucets, and water heater. You don't want to head out of there with the possiblity of breaking something due to freezing! The 2 year warranty won't cover that!

Congrats on the new Seismic and welcome to the forum! There are several posts with information on doing the PDI. Here is a link to one thread. http://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f3...ist-18379.html
There is also a pdf file that I found on that same thread. Have fun with the new rig and be sure to post some pictures of it when you can.

Very nice!

I was just looking over the floor plan for that model. Over 5000 lbs of cargo carrying capacity! I'm envious. Enjoy your new home away from home.

Well I will be doing the opposite. Going from a Jayco to a Coachmen. No problems at all with Jayco quality, just coachmen had the floor plan we liked better. I read your horror stories over there and I can't say that I blame you.
Hopefully, I'll have better luck with my unit than what you had, Fingers crossed....

Alex, We were lucky in that our local dealer had one that just rolled in on the lot with the options and features we were looking for! I wanted to buy local as well because of service, etc.

Hoping to pick it up tomorrow......
