Just bought a 3914

Hi all,

I just bought a Jayco 3914 Seismic from Vogt RV in Ft. Worth TX. Pickup and walk through is scheduled for tomorrow. Anything to watch out for as far components, equipment, etc? I have reviewed all the videos on the Schwintech slides. Other that that there do not seem to be a lot of complaints. I am coming out of a motor home and back to a 5th wheel for a while and I have not had one in about 8 years.

Thanking you in advance,

Howard Sigler

I have the same 5'er and you are going to LOVE it.
We only had/have one problem with ours and that is that a couple different fuses blow on their own with no reason. Especially the one for the keypad on the door. I am picking it back up from the dealer Saturday and hope they found the problem.
Other than that, we had great trips this summer with it. Plenty of storage room in the garage, and when we get there, it makes a great lounging area.

Congrats!!! You won't be sorry.

Ken

Hi William,

I have had the Prevost bus conversions by Marathon Coach and Liberty Coach and loved them but I became tired of the service that I received from the Prevost Car repair facility here in the DFW area. The one in Nashville is really good but the one here not so good. I decided to go back to something I can maintain.
