LED TV mounting location and size?

Hi
I'm Dan and I just purchased a 2015 Octane 222. I was trying to identify where Jayco says a TV mount can be secured in my unit. Anyone know where this location is...and/or have suggestions on size and mounting brackets?

Thanks,
DanG

If there was a predetermined location for a wall mount there would be a label on the wall where this should be.

According to the floor plan of the 222 your location for the TV is above the pantry and I'm going to guess it is meant to sit on top of the pantry as it is open to the ceiling. My 2007 Octane did not have a place for a wall mount.

Dan

I also have a 16. 222 and I installed one in the front bedroom on the side wall where the sticker is and also above the pantry. I used full tilt mounting brackets on each and than went and got about 3 foot straps of Velcro and tie it around each when I'm moving my TH so they stay tucked in better while its in motion. So far so good,

On my Starcraft (Jayco twin) the location they marked in the bedroom was about 1/2 foot above where the extra support in the wall was actually located. Be sure to use a studfinder or tap on the wall to make sure the support plate is actually located where the sticker is, or else you'll be drilling extra holes in your walls.

When two tvs are installed are you able to watch different things? Can you view antenna channels on the bedroom tv? I see it has an input for cable is that for campground site cable or does it go to the antena?
I have a 2017 222 and I'm thinking about adding a bedroom tv, just not sure what I will be able to watch on it while the cabinet tv is also being used.

You will be able to watch different channels using the antena. Don't overthink it. It's just like at home.
