octane 222 roof seating?

I am purchasing an Octane 222. It has a ladder for roof access. Is the roof designed to tolerate two chairs and two adults for NASCAR infield use. Some RV's have a section of roof fortified. Others just perch themselves on roof. Will damage to roof occur and/or is there anything to do to protect roof ie indoor/outdoor carpet etc. This would be a once a year event if used in this manner. Any ideas? Thanks.

No, they aren't meant to sit on the roof. Chairs will damage the rubber. Absolute best case scenario you bring up a sheet of plywood to put down over the rubber for your chairs. Still not a good idea. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I thought that might be the case. Some of the MH have a platform and that is what must be used for the infield spectators of NASCAR. I was hoping that when a ladder is factory equipment some fortification is made to the roof.

The ladder is there to go on the roof. it is designed to handle your weight without issue. But no roof that has a rubber membrane that makes it water proof is designed to have chairs or sharp objects I know when I'm up there I even take off my shoes just in case.
