2016 Precept Refrigerator Troubles

the refrigerator in our 2016 Jayco precept, will not work on AC mode. It gives the error no AC. Have tried running it off of a generator and plugged in and still will not work. LP mode works, but sometimes gives an error Low AC. Any suggestions?

Did you check the plug in the outside vent? May have come loose.

Yes, I just checked that it is plugged in. Any other suggestions?

Is there a AC breaker for it in a panel with others?
