Has anyone here with a 2017 35S attempted to use the couch (an option vs. side-by-side movie theater seats) as a bed by folding it out? Ours works fine except when fully extended, creates a 'V' and won't stay flat. We've asked our dealer and they say it is a Jayco problem. We contact Jayco and they say it is a couch manufacturer proble. And worst of all, unless we initiate contact, no one stays in touch. Any ideas on a path to rectify?
