AutoGenStart not stopping...

Hey everyone! We have a 2017 Precept 35S with a Magnum Dimensions ME-AGS-S stand alone system. We took this out for the first real-world test the other weekend and were pleased with the ability to set a temp for the coach and have the gen turn on when it needed to for the ACs. Unfortunately, when it was time for the gen to turn off it kept running. I have never owned this type of device before, but I was so glad to have it for our pets. I was very sad that when I wanted to be GREEN, on the gen time, I wasn't able to; it just kept going and going and...

From my understanding the triggers for this system are either house battery voltage or temp. I was wondering about the batteries so I disengaged this trigger to focus fully on the temp. The temp triggered to turn on the gen which is supposed to then run for a set amount of time then stop. At that point if the temp is right it will stay off until the temp is too high again and restart.

Is there anything I can do to make this right? I am sure to have this in for warranty, but I would rather fix it myself, if possible.
