Jay Plus

How many have purchased the Jay Plus service contract program when they purchased their new motorhome?

From the amount of replies I would have to say no one does or has. A fellow RV'er that has been doing it for many years told me to be sure to get it. That his father had the tubro go out on his Cummins diesel and it cost $24,000 to have it replaced.

I never have but with the labor rate at $110.00 per hour plus the markup on the parts and the way these things are built I am considering it.

Per the advice of many experienced rv'ers, we did not buy the extended warranty. If purchasing new, you have a 2 year warranty on the coach and the warranty on the chassis. The advice is to wait until the coach warranty is up and then look into an extended warranty. We will wait for that. Mostly, the first two years would seem to be wasted money if purchased with the new unit.
