Now that's Great Customer Service
Our dealer Fourwinds RV in Maroa, IL and Jayco have been great in resolving our issue with spider cracking on the front cap of coach and the entrance door. Took coach to body shop today, fortunately the shop in is in my home town, and dealer offered to pick coach up and take back to their service center to replace the door.
Now that's customer service. A big thanks to Justin(Service Manager) for taking care of use.
