Outside tv not working .newbie help

First multi nite in New 31ultimate. Trying to get outside tv to connect to camp site cable. Have cable tv connected to coax connection in wet bay. Other 2 tv's working fine. Went to input on 3rd tv didn't appear to "see" cable as input. Thanks in advance.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum.

Hopefully someone with outside tv experience and a similar unit will be along to help.

Could be:

1. Input is not on TV (check that it's not on a/v or aux etc)
2. There is a connection problem of the coax behind the TV. Not sure exactly where it is but I think it's behind one of the bedroom drawers.

If you can't find it, there's likely an easy fix by your dealer. Good luck and enjoy the rest of your trip!

Problem solved

It was easy fix .I consider myself pretty good with technology but I didn't dig deep enough into menus on the Sony tv. Kept thinking the initial button was the answer but had go into a internet preferences menu. All's well. Thanks

First if the other tvs were watching regular antenna tv the cable won't work because the booster has to be off. If other tvs were on park cable check your switch box in compartment is switched to the proper setting. If that is correct check your tv input and change it to one of the htmi settings. One of them should work. Also check the wire to the back of the tv. It sometimes comes loose or falls out.
