Precept 31 UL Winterizingin Midwest (Mo.)

Would like to occasionally, use the RV during January and March, was going to just blowout all the water lines and put some RV Antifreeze in the traps etc. Any advise? Or experience?

That's what I do. Make sure your water heater has been drained.

Not sure which model Jayco you have but if tank type water heater you need to drain it and replace anode. Once the heater is empty and bypassed I would pump anti-freeze thru all lines and pour some in drains.

I have been in Las Vegas since 1985 but I grew up in MO. and I remember those winters! Even here I use anti-freeze in my coach but we still camp and not use any plumbing.

I am in southern In. I always winterize as you should then carry water for usage. Then make sure to put antifreeze in the traps
