Mission Accomplished: Found behind the Jensen a "Pyramid 15 amp High Quality Noise Suppressor Isolation Transformer" wired in between the line coming from the TV audio output to the Ipod Aux2 inputs on the Jensen. Once I removed it, I got sound from both right and left channels; but with a slight buzz coming through the speakers (thus the need for a noise reduction devise). The device has a bad right channel. 10 dollar part.
Having Jayco send me 1 today.

Great job and thanks for sharing. I had similar issues but all resolved now. For those with the Aux2 not working be sure to do the following; 1) In the TV settings go to Audio and turn off the TV speaker, 2) then go to Settings and change the Audio option to 'Fixed', 3) Set Jensen radio to Aux2, Voila.

As for Jayco response, I emailed them last week for info on windshield blind & driver/passenger side blinds. They responded within 2 days with part numbers so I can order them through my dealer. That will finally be done in the spring.

Hi Darrell,
Are you replacing the shades that you have in the 31UL? I'd like to replace my side shades, driver and passenger, with the day/night shades that are provided in the rest of the coach. I'd like to get one for the bathroom as well.

Long story short....we are not putting windshield blind or side window curtains in. Our coach did not come with windshield power drop down curtain or side manual shades. We have a curtain on a slide rail. Each half pulls from the far sides to meet in the middle. Good job for privacy but no sun control.
So we bought material...that compliments the interior & drape it side to side on the windshield. It is clipped to the sun visors. Does a great job of sun control & easy to remove & put up. We will add the side curtains now that we know it works.
Biggest reason for not doing the elect. shade & side shades.....dealer wanted $700. to put them in. I think msrp was $430. with list @ $198.

Thanks, JoeMazz! I tried the Aux2 followed by turning off TV speaker and changing audio to fixed. Worked great! I don't think I would have ever figured those steps out by trial and error.

Any trip to the dealer that can be avoided, is a victory for us all
