Where to fill tank with water when travelling

Hi, We will be travelling from Toronto to San Diego in a couple of week. It has been winterized as we are travelling from a colder climate to a warmer climate. Does anyone know where we can fill our water tank as we get closer to a warmer State?

(almost) Any campground? I know a lot of the campgrounds where I am at are starting to turn their water off for the year, but once you dip into California's central valley, that won't be a problem.
