Looking great! I was wondering if the lenolium covered the whole floor. I also want to remove the lambrequeins as well as replace the aluminum blinds.

We would have be ok with the current linoleum if it was under the carpet to, but nope it was just a small strip. The window changes has made a big difference, we couldn't believe how open it feels now.

Hello all, it's been a busy summer but I was able to slow down and post a small water heater mod to finally get rid of the plastic drain plug. A trip to HD revealed a boiler style drain valve a 45 elbow and a close nipple. The install is very tight but now I can drain the tank without the use of wrenches and busted knuckles on the exhaust hood. It also has a water hose fitting on the end as an added bonus.

Plastic cap installed:

Hello again, it's been awhile sense my last post but I wanted to share some before and after roof repairs that I had completed today. The roof had been neglected for some time now and I wanted to get everything sealed up tight before real winter sets in. I also had the tv antenna replaced along with the slide topper fabric due to it looking like Swiss cheese. Before:
.

After:

More upgrades on the Jayco, (Santa was very good to us this year) First up is the thermostat, I was tired of bending over or kneeling on the floor to adjust it so out with old and in with the new. Installed the digital version (Amazon) in black to match the next mod.

Before:

Difference in height:

Finished product:

Used this to cover the 1 1/2 inch hole:

Next up is the tv, we still had the fifty pound tube type analog set from 2004. I didn't want to just slide a small flat screen in the same cut out, was looking for a more up to date look. So I removed the cabinet doors and went to work removing the shelves and routing wires. I was able to reuse the boards that was holding the old tv in place to make the brace for the bracket mount. Once the tv was in place I reattached the doors so they covered the void at the bottom. All that is left is to clean things up with some trim.

Before: (tv is behind the top doors)

After:

Space from the slide to tv:
