Before Spray Foaming (with 2 lbs Close Cell) approx 3.5-4.0" thick, I re-routed many of its "under belly" factory wiring. If factory wiring was pulled tight and/or on an diangle run (re: corner to opposite corner pull), I simply re-routed it into straight and smooth 90 degree turns. I then wrapped all wiring with over sized plastic zoom coverings. Same plastic loom they use on automotive engine wiring. I also applied duct tape on tank sensors as well. If I do need to replace a tank sensor or other wire (like a sensor wire), I simply gain access to one wire end and gain access to its other end. And "fish" new wire inside the over sized plastic loom tubing. Yes. Some digging out the Spray Foam in certain areas - for access to the end points. When wire is easily replaced, I then use a hand held spray can to re-do the foam in that small area.
If wondering, the professional contractor (who did the spray foam) told me that he "foams up" lots of internal Trailers (like A/C cargo trailers for hauling food products during hot summer days) and his north sattlite office sprays lots of RV trailers as well. Especially RV trailers to be used in Edmonton / Calgary and north Canada area. Thus, lots of experience of where and how thick to spray - in case under belly future repair is needed.

For example, for duplex - 10 guard brake wiring and for rear reverse light wiring. And, for our attached deck 12V main feed wire. To access this wire area, I simply remove a juntion box cap, then access / fish in additional 12V wiring.
Before spray foam, our TT's floor would squeek and shift. After Spray foam, my entire family noticed its floor is much firmer. Its like walking on a stick house floor - instead of a flimsy tree house floor. When Spray Faom expands and dries (under 5 seconds), its "binds" its touch point items together. Thus, dramatically firming up its floor feeling.
Know the before and after effects of of Spray Foam upgrade, I'd recommend Spray Foam on all Trailers. Their inner walls, their inner roof and their under belly areas. Especially if one plans to keep their TT for 5+ years. To me, the cost of this upgrade was well worth it. Especially the benefit of keeping critters out of it - because all under belly holes are now filled it.
