Automatic Awning Support Bracket

Today's mod's. Nothing to fancy, but things I wanted to add.
1st is the Awning Support Bracket. Just something I think would be nice to have, while driving down the road. Since the awning is 21' long, why not have a little extra support.
Bought it here: Amazon.com: Carefree 902800 Black Automatic RV Awning Support: Automotive

Next was a surprise I ordered for the wife. She had no idea I did this. Our grand kids call us Nonno & GG. So why not have a nice little welcome sign.

I ordered the custom sign from here:
Custom Vinyl Lettering, Automotive and Business. Vinyl Lettering designed online.

OK, not really a mod, but just something that Should be done on all 2016 29.5 BHDS's. I went back to where I installed my Surge Protector because I wanted to remove the thin paneling. I plan to add a 1/2" piece of foam insulation then use screws to put the paneling back on. The small staples they use don't make it easy it remove it later if needed to access my surge protector of the back side of the furnace.
Anyhow, while removing the panel I noticed the bunk floor braces seem to move easily. Sure enough, they are Only held in-place by 1 Badly placed Staple! You can twist these with very little effort. So I got our my drill and angled-drilled pilot holes and Screwed them all down. Most can be fixed from inside the storage bin under the bottom bunk bed. It actually surprising me to how quickly & cheaply these campers are built.
The more I look inside & behind things, I can see staples not fully seated correctly. Under the step flooring going into the bunk area, just above the furnace I can see a gap. The flooring is slightly raised above the cross-braces, because they tuck and wrap the carpet around the floor before putting it down. Plus the decorative wood trim on the outside is slightly higher than the floor braces. So the flooring can't sit directly on top of the bracing. So I just added a few pieces of shims in the gaps. Now when you step into the bunk area, no more flexing or thump as the floor is solid.
So this weekend, I'm planning on poking around in every place I can and 'tweaking' anything I see that needs it!

Another minor mod. Added hinges to the bottom bunk bed storage area. Just makes it easier for the wife to access this area where she plans to store blankets and sheets.
