Best place to install EMS in 2018 32BHDS?

Just picked up Progressive Industries EMS-LCHW50 hardwired surge protector.

Looking for best place to install the unit.

This RV is new and I have not had an opportunity to find the transfer box.

Please give me feedback.

I installed mine just behind where it comes through the wall into the RV.

Best place to install EMS in 2018 32BHDS?

On my 2011, I installed the remote screen above the thermostat on the wall. This way, all wiring was inside the wall and dropped down to the connections below. You can see the digital panel in the picture attached.
If I recall, the wall is hollow and I had to fish the wire to the points below. The unit itself was in the water heater cabinet behind the door.

I tucked the code legend card behind the display for quick reference. That's the white card you see above the display.

How did you gain access to the cord/wire? When I remove the access panel I am staring at the backside of the water heater. Do I need to dismantle anything to get to the power cord?
Kindly advise.

Yes. It’s very simple and straight forward. There are a few videos on YouTube that show exactly how to wire up the unit.

Did you get a 30 or 50 ?

I installed mine behind the converter. Lots of room.
