Cupboard Mods x213

Got some space out of the cupboard below the fridge (not sure this exists in newer x213s). The back of the cupboard was pushed back about 10" above the wheel well and is great for storing chips/lightweight items.

For the pantry cupboard, added sliding shelves (a small, medium and longer one) to get more storage. Typical shelf is shown.

Both cupboards have LED strip light mounted to cupboard face frames and have magnetic switches to turn on the lights when the doors are opened. Will detail this later.

I want to do something like this. I'm hoping we can do it before we head out this week. How did you attach the side strips?

Looks fantastic. The factory spacing on the shelves it way too much.

What spacing did you decide to go with?

And yes, I will be copying you idea.

I used woodglue and short wood screws to hold them in place while glue dried.

Nothing too scientific. Just measured the typical boxes\bottles I planned to put in the shelf and added an inch!!
