Final rear bumper mods

Final configuration for my blue tote and the fence post for hose storage:

The set up in the last picture resulted in me losing about $12 in hose fittings

So now, there is a small stainless screw holding the end cap in place.

Looks good. Is that a Barker 22 gallon tote? If so that is what I have with the pneumatic wheel mod.

That is looking really nice! I have the 32 gal Barker and really need to find me a good setup like that.

Thanks for the pics. I am still trying to decide what changes I want to make to the rear of our trailer.

Love it. Is that a regular 4inch square fence post? I hate the fact that I have to take the ends off the hose to store it in the factory bumper. Looks like a trip to the hardware yard is in store for me.

The blue tank is just 15 gallons. The fence post tube is 5 inches.
The rack I have the tote on is from a bike rack. I had to cut it down, and use just one side.

Good looking mod. Pardon me if I copy it.

How did you attach the square holder to the existing bumper? Mine has hinged ends on it with a hasp to secure the door. I already have the sewer hose holder but there is not enough clearance underneath on my new rig to attach it. Your idea will work for me too!

Heating and cooling area in Home Depot has HUGE zip ties. with those and the pressure applied by the spare tire mount and blue tank mount, the white PVC isn't moving

Very nice mod. But I wouldnt use white Zip ties as the sun will break them down in no time at all I have worked for a Telephone Company for over 30 years and we only use black zip ties out side they will still break down but it will take a few years

This square holder idea works for tiki torch storage as well.

I just re-installed mine under neath the rig behind the spare tire. I attached it to the bike rack frame with stainless worm gear clamps on each side. No way they will fall off. BTW, I am retired from Bellsouth. We never used white ties.
