Front battery box tray modification

I am in the process of rewiring the batteries and SOLAR on our TT, so while I was at it I modified the front battery tray to accommodate the larger battery box. I had 2 spare large battery boxes so I cut the bottoms out of them and inserted them into ones on the TT and increased the height of the boxes an additional 1.5" for the taller Trojan T145 batteries. I now have room above the batteries in the boxes. It took me about an hour of grinding, but it was well worth it.

Interesting thanks for sharing. I want to add more battery capacity and solar. I have a couple of small .8amp panels for maintaining charge and some limited recharging.
