Here is the response from Jayco:
Hello Mr. Wiley,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us here at Jayco. There is no exhaust fan on the unit for the refrigerator however exhaust fans are available for purchase after market. In regards to the plumbing modification, Iím sorry but we do not have nor can we give instructions in any modification to the unit. Is it possible? Possibly but we have never done it with this build. Please also understand any modification to the drain line system could void that portion of your warranty. The rest of the warranty will remain in tact.
Thanks again and Happy Camping!

I think Jayco changed the plumbing design for the 2015 models (at least on the Eagle Line) and put an additional separate small grey tank for outside kitchen. Unfortunately, for some of us with previous model years (I have a 2013), the outside kitchen sink is plumbed directly to the Black tank

Am definitely looking forward to pics of the inline check valve mod previous poster was mentioning - if it's feasible to do, I will definitely be following suit to prevent any potential future "accidents"

Hey guys could the outdoor kitchen sink on your models simply bypass all tanks? I know may not be acceptable depending where you are but if drained to the right spot it could be hidden. I am assuming that there's not near as much water being drained compared to kitchen and bath sink.

I have also changed the outdoor faucet. I have several pictures in this thread if you wish to view them.
