I doubt the wet bolts would help the ride much (you should still upgrade to wet bolts though).
Most trailer tires are not balanced. You could have yours balanced. I think this would help quite a bit.
Most trailer suspension does not include shock absorbers. You could install them yourself or have a shop add them (not to hard/$ to do). I think this with tire balancing would smooth everything out.
