I certainly carry a weather station as well as a NOAH WX ALERT radio in my trailers. I use the LA CROSS WS8015 unit here. This is another feature I like when using the OTA Batwing antenna to watch the local NATL BROADCAST from local towns that has 24-hour radar channel.

Most of our camping is in our OFF-ROAD POPUP setup and you really don't want to get caught in a high wind storm.

Nice job on your end.

Where did you place the remote sensor ??? - I'd like to have one on my wall as a permanent fixture, but was wondering where I'd place the sending unit outside.... supposedly it needs to be in a shady area, but how would that work for a travel trailer ??

There's NOTHING more exciting than to be shot at .... and missed.

I should have posted a picture of the remote sensors - they are pretty cool. They have their own on-board display, come with a cradle and they have a large hole at the top which allows you to hang it from most anything.

I hang mine from the awning outside....but honestly, I found more amusement / benefit keeping in the refrigerator and cooler monitoring the temperature
