Hey Subaru297,
Totally impressed with your install. I'm thinking of adding a skylight over the kitchen area on my Jay Feather. Did you call or email Jayco to get the drawings?
Thanks

Great Mod!! We had two vents on our old TT, one in the bathroom in the rear and one over the master bed in the front. Our 28dsbh (Similar floor plan) only has one in the bathroom which I replaced with a Maxxair fan. I would like to cut a hole and add one over the master bed on our new TT. Did getting the blueprints actually help? Was there a cost when you sent Jayco the request? What's the spacing on the ceiling joists/rafters? Thanks in advance

BigJohnD,
I look forward to your mod of putting a/c ducts in the bunks! You do awesome mods.

Blueprints did help locate the roof trusses but you can get a good idea of where they are just by feel on the roof. They are free from Jayco. Just send them an email and ask for them and provide your vin number.
Spacing varies a bit but if you have the blueprints they will tell you. They may also show additional holes already framed in.
Our trailer has a vent framed in over the front bed already but I have solar mounted over it already.

Cheers
