Opinions Please

We are looking to replace the faucet in the bathroom. The faucet in the kitchen is the brushed nickel. The towel bars in the bathroom are black. Should we match the kitchen faucet or the towel bars? (A black faucet will be hard to find, so I was thinking of going with oil rubbed bronze.)
Thanks in advance!

Go with brushed nickel. We are seeing some of this year's display faucets coming in our shop brushed and black. It's a up and coming trend to mix the two together. I think it's Moen or Delta mixing the two together.

Had brushed nickel faucets in our house and I replaced all of them with the darker bronze. Doesn't show fingerprints and dirt as much. jmo

Finally

We finally decided to match the kitchen faucet rather than the towel bars (mostly because the darker one was more expensive.)
My husband was happy because he hand-loosened the old one and hand-tightened the new one --- no tools needed!
