Quieting the pump
Noisy pumps are the norm, except in the Space Shuttle, but that's just NASA.
Our 2013 Eagle 5er has a Shurflo and the owners manual for that pump says to not use rigid hose plumbing on either side. Well, ours was installedwith rigid pexright from the pump outlet side which transmitted the vibrations through the cabinets and walls. Today I cut that and put in a short loop of flexible hose and what a difference. So, if your pump seems noisy, check that out. Cheap fix.

a couple of pics
I had a few pex fittings so was able to cut the rigid hose just before it tee's to front and rear of the RV, about 8" from the pump pressure side. I left enough pex for a nipple. I had a pex .5" female fitting and put that on the end of a loop of flexible hose, maybe 16 or 18" long. Loop in photo is out of frame, but I marked with arrows. You'd want to make certain that the flexible hose isn't able to vibrate against a cabinet.
The other photo shows that the inlet side (suction side) does have flexible hose up to where they installed the winterizing valve etc.

I also took our pump off the wall and mounted it to the floor. That helped as well.

I installed one in my last rv and it really help with pump cycling and noise. The model of shurflo in my jayco says that it eliminates the need for one since its variable flow.

My pump was mounted direct to the floor on our last pull behind and made quite a bit of noise. I just placed it on a piece of rubber mat and it took almost all of the noise and vibration out.

I'd suggest everyone check that their pump wasn't installed with rigid pex hose directly from the output side. With a copy of the shurflo install guide in hand it may be a warranty mod, since it isn't supposed to be hooked up that way.

Good luck. I haven't seen one from ANY manufacturer that isn't hooked up that way from the factory. On our current TT and our pop-up, I installed a couple loops of nylon washer hose and mounted/isolated the pump on rubber. That silences it very well. I added the accumulator to alleviate short cycling the pump and the constant rattling off the unsecured pipes. Between the two, I can barely tell it is running.

Ours was on the wall under the kitchen sick which is also the other side of the bathroom sink. Very noisy. I moved it to the floor and its much better !!

That's exactly what I did. I went to the dealer, told him my issue and what the install guide said, they called Jayco and voila! Fixed it under warranty. Happy camper now  .
Good advice.

Yes. Below are before and after pictures of the accumulator tank I installed back in 2002. The tank was purchased in Home Depot.
