The Melbourne 26A has many nice features but it lacks in storage and a convenient table table to eat from. The pedestal table is OK but the set-up and tear down is a pain in the butt. My solution was to make a table that was easy to set-up and stow and another that was always handy. While I was at it the “BOSS” thought a flip-up table near the sink would add to the livability of the rig.
This table slides back and forth for ease in seating and stows easily.
The other sofa table rotates on a pedestal and can be removed to access the under seat storage.
We haven't field tested the flip-up table as of yet but I believe it will serve us well. With the table deployed I can enter or exit with only a small amount of caution.

Kipper, the supports came from a local camping supply store. The table top for all the tables came from Wal-Mart and sold as chopping blocks. Remember to place blocking on the inside wall to receive the screws.
