Sink covers for Redhawk 26X1

Went to Walmart and picked up a couple of poly cutting boards. Made a cardboard template of the radius corners on the sink in the MH. I used a masonry blade on a Skill saw to trim the cutting board to size, then used an orbital sander to finish off the rough edges and round the corners. Fits perfectly into the double-bowl sink and each one easily stacks on the other if only one sink bowl is needed. Instant extra counter space. Cost of project was less than $20 for both cutting boards vs. $30 to $35 each from Camco.

Nice job! Looks really great! Did you color it to match the sink like that?

Thanks! Easy project to do. Actually, the cutting boards are white while the sink is ivory. Still looks pretty good although the color is not an exact match.

Great job! Glad you liked the idea. I used the covers last week during the initial shakedown and was quite pleased. Perfect place to put the coffee maker, then worked out perfectly for the dish drying rack; allows water to drain down through.

I made mine a hair tight too, so no noises on the road [emoji6] [emoji106]
