Jsims...it might not be as easy as you think. You have to physically have both the positive AND negative wires directly from your led strip.
In most cases the positive is attached to your switch at the panel, but the negative is common with other frame grounded wires.
You have to hunt down the LED ground and remove it to attach to the output negative of your PWM dimmer.

And make sure your step light isn't tied into the positive wire too. If you have a step light.
There are a few threads on the LED dimmer subject.

What is your website URL? Or at least a business name, so that we can Google??

I'm definitely looking to buy the kit and would prefer to support a forum member over an unknown seller. Pls pm website if you can't post it. Not sure if it violates forum rules or not.

I am interested in your project. I have thought about adding the LED lights, but was concerned about the brightness. Really like the idea of frame mounting them. Would love to have your website and a possible kit you can put together. I too would like to give my support to a forum member whenever possible. Please PM your website if you have the time and are interested.

Wonder what the DOT law is for under trailer lighting that are towed over public roadways. Trailers here in Virginia have to pass a yearly DOT SAFETY INSPECTION...

Just wondering

Thank you

After seeing your wiring I did this last weekend. You gave us the perfect road map.

I bought everything I needed from amazon. I spent round $50.

Thanks again

Did you have to run an extension wire from the battery to where you installed the LEDs? What about additional connectors?
