Nice setup! How do you like the campground? We are passing through Oregon next month. Happy and safe travels.

Whalers Rest and Pacific City Thousand Trails are both within 2 hours of our house. Because Pacific City is only an hour and some change, for a long time, we preferred it. But no that my kids a little older, 6 and 2, we've been going to Whalers Rest for the past ear. Whalers Rest is more level so my kids can ride their bikes. Almost every site is a sewer site, and there all the activities seem closer. We always stay in the South side. If you are are more mature person without children, you would likely prefer the North side.

P.S., my issue with Pacific City is that most of their sewer sites in the F and D loops are getting sold as personal sites. When I show up for weekend camping, there is slim pickings.

Beautiful. The deck and picnic table look much more inviting that the slab metal table we usually have here in the high desert.
