You think that picture is worth a 1,000 words? How about this one at Harris Beach State Park, Brookings, Or.

Lake Davis (and Grasshopper Flats) is a great place to enjoy. We camped there in our previous rig, 25'Nomad TT, however our lifestyle has changed but we miss some of those places.

We use to do fishing day trips from our home base in Reno to Davis...hopefull the northern pike have not come back after the lake was drained and shocked due to some jerks dumping the predator fish into the reservoir which decamainted the trout population.

Another near by favorite, now back in our tent days, was Frenchmans Lake. Another one of 'those' places up in the Sierra's.
