new 2017 26bhsw first outing!

just got her and had our first trip. Nothing to far just to get the hang of it. great mountain site with an incredible city view! about a 40 mile drive each way.

what did we learn:
1. a 11% grade is realllllllyyyyyyy steep! lol but the truck handled it just fine.
2. being level is an artform lol and the fridge really doesn't like to be unlevel.
3. not being able to setup camp right next to the TT makes things a bit more difficult.
4. getting a flat sux!!!!!!!
5. ants SUCK!!!!!!

all in all it was a great weekend and the TT did fantastic. we slept 8 people with no problems.

Dixon Lake, Escondido, CA

heh, yeah we did the driveway camp but this was the first official trip. pretty cool location. Good fishing but they didn't allow any swimming so the kids where bummed.

yeah can't complain it was an incredible view. it was also nice that the camp sites where not near each other so it felt as if you where alone. couldn't hear anyone and could barely hear the noise from the city below. sunrise was spectacular and you could see hot air balloons in the evening.
