2 6 volt Costco batteries, 2 100W panels that I put hinges on and folding legs, 1000W inverter, can't remember the controller. I installed it. For what we do the portable is the best choice and we've been very satisfied. Can move it around to put it where the sun is. Have 25' cable fixed and then a 50 extension if needed. It's worked very well for us. This summer did a 3 week trip to Idaho's Sawtooth area, Glacier, aND Yellowstone/Tetons. The entire time was dry camping. Only time I had to use the generator was to power the microwave. Inverter was mainly used to charge phones and run the tv/Blu-ray player some evenings.

Wyoming. That's the Tetons in the background. Parked about 75 yards from the Grand Teton National Park boundary. It's on national forest land.

That's true, but I can somehow manage to make even the most beautiful scenery look way worse in pictures. I look at my pictures and close my eyes so my memory can make it look like it did when I was there. My pictures never do justice.

Your pictures are absolutely stunning. Seriously. Like jaw-droppingly gorgeous. And I have to believe that the subject matter is only part of the equation; you are one heck of a photographer.

Those are some beautiful photos. We love the Yellowstone/Teton area and these photos made me realize we need to get out there again.

Thanks for sharing.
