New Eagle HT 27.5bhs first trips

Here's a couple pics from the first two outings with the new 27.5. A couple issues with it but overall satisfied.

Thanks. A little over an hour from home. It's the Eastern Sierras, right at the base of Mt Whitney (highest point in the lower 48) outside of Lone Pine, CA.

Is this an actual campground? If so, what would the name of it be please? We are about 3-4 hours away and it's beautiful. Thank you, Ted

Sorry, forgot to tell you, nice pics

The first two pics are from 2 different campgrounds that have pit toilets and a couple water spigots. Tuttle Creek and Lone Pine. The last set of pictures are dry camping in the Alabama hills outside of Lone Pine at the base of Mt Whitney. The lake picture is Lone Pine Lake which is a 5.5 mile round trip hike up the MT Whitney trail. Gains 1700 (think around 8300-10000)feet in 2.5 miles. For the next couple months it'll be a bit warm out there in the hills at the lower elevation, however, this last weekend was perfect.

Thank you! Probably will wait until early fall to hit that area, not a big fan of camping in the heat without hookups for the AC.

What are the details on you're solar setup? Batteries, panel, charge controller, etc?

Satisfied with the performance and the portable setup?
