wonderful except for the rain. But the camper stayed nice and dry and was so much easier to pack up then our pop up was.
Have a photo of hubby sleeping on the couch, but he didn't want that one posted. ;-)
Love this camper!!

Dedeandon, we meet at William O’Brien, on your first trip out. We had the new 23B. I fully understand how loud the rain was Memorial weekend, we were at Banning and it RAINED hard at night. I am sure we will see you this fall at William O’Brien.

Hi Jaiven, we wondered if you were out Memorial weekend. Hilltop replaced our microwave, no problem. They rushed it in so we had it for the second trip. Are your speakers working yet?? How were the mosquitoes at Banning? we haven't been there for a few years. We will be at Wm Obrien Labor Day and again for Falloween. May see you then. Happy camping!

Radio cd

Hey nice pic dedeanddon you looked relaxed. How does the radio cd work in the trailer . Is there an outside speaker? Is the awning easy to put up and down by 1 person as my wife won't do any of the bull work . Thanks enjoy!

no outside speaks but the cd player works fine. after using WD40 the awning slide up and down very nicely but 2 of us did it. I'm sure you can do it by yourself, just have to walk back and forth, don't think you'd want to put one side all the way up before moving the other side.

Banning was good, but very wet. There was standing water everywhere due to all the rain we had been getting. The unofficial state bird (mosquitoes), where around. But the wind kept them at bay for most part. I have never seen Wolf Creek Falls with so much water flowing over it. The kayakers were scoping it out for a Memorial Day run, as the river was/is not safe to paddle. The speakers are working just fine, now that the radio was replaced.

You ain't kidding!! Don't forget about the biting flies, too! My grandparents lived in Warren, MN and I remember the summers were brutal. Still great memories & I'd love to make one last stop there.
