In a way, I miss our old popup. It was cozy, and we could easily pull it 500-600 miles in a day - and my TV didn't consume vast quantities of fuel! The biggest drawback, though, was when it rained while we were trying to set up or tear down.

Enjoy it! And happy camping! You - and she will love it!

At times, I miss our pop-up too! After tenting my wife and I bought our pop-up brand new while in college. I remember it fondly!! We bought a bare bones model and the salesman asked if we were sure we wanted this model as it was very basic and this was the model they used to get people in the door to buy the fancier models....being in college, I said Nope! this is good!

Congratulations. Lots of us started with a tent and moved to a camper like yours. Getting off the ground was when the DW began to really like camping. Lots of good memories. Enjoy.

My DW thought she died and went to heaven when we moved from a tent to a pop-up. Good luck with it.

Congrats and enjoy!

We too started in a tent but it only lasted a month or so then moved up to a Rock Wood tent camper. We were young and been married 2 months. Boy those were the days and 39 years later still camping.
