What brought you to intercourse pa? I live about 30 minutes from there. My guess is that you came to see the amish. Hope you had a nice stay.

Hi familybonding,
I forgot about posting this. We first camped at Beacon Hill 11 years ago with our old truck camper flat towing my MGB and have been there multiple times per year since. I had been to the area to car events in the 80s & 90s but never camping. I picked that campground because it is within walking distance of Kitchen Kettle Village so we could have something to do (not knowing what to expect). Never really went there to see the local people but became friends with the farmer next door. The owners of the campground are real nice, too. I really like it better than New Hampshire because there just seems to be more stuff to do in a shorter distance. There's only so much driving in a tunnel of trees that the wife will tolerate. Of course there is Lapp's Ice Cream. That makes it worth the trip right there!
