2013 Whitehawk Axles

Well I got good news on Thursday. After doing all the leg work, my dealership (GNR Camping World Winnipeg) confirmed that I do not have the weaker axles. Plus they didn't charge me for that service since they were doing 2 warranties for me at the time.
Still I'm a little put off that when I phoned Jayco, they couldn't tell me if my TT had the weak axles. You would figure there is a build sheet with all the parts to the build. Oh well happy ending anyways.

Howdy neighbor! I made sure our 2014 had the thicker axles before I purchased it.

The way I understand it... early models had thinner axles and some were getting distorted when under the pressures of backing while turning. They changed them to thicker axles sometime in 2013...correct me if I'm wrong??

the bad axles are 2 3/8 inches and the good ones are 3 inches.
somewhere on this forum someone showed with pictures that the sticker on the axles say D35 for a weak axle and D40 (?) is the strong axle.

There is a great thread in the "Recall" section. I got all my information there. Dexter Axles customer service was great. My dealer didn't know anything about it... "huh". I am much more comfortable with towing as I thought it made a difference. Please see the thread. Lots of great info.
