We have a new x20e, which is very close to the x23b. Very similar configuration, except that they shortened it (mostly) by removing most of the space between the cooktop and the sink.
We need to raise the tongue a lot in order to attach the sway bars on our Equalizer WDH. Accordingly, we couldn't be happier with the tongue jack. And the power awning is (so far) flawless . . . and fast. It takes less than 15 seconds to set it up or take it down. All from inside and by using one finger. Love it.
We said no to the attached BBQ and went with a 24 inch TV. It will fit, and is evidently now a dealer installed option. If we were handier, we would have done it ourselves. We have since shimmed the mount so as to tilt the screen downward a bit. Either way, we are happy to have the larger size.
We also do some cool weather boondocking and have the underbelly . . . but I don't know if we would do that again.
We did not order the mattress heaters and now wish we had, but a small electric throw also works well. For cold boondocking with bunks deployed we use sleeping bags and a hot water bottle, which has kept us warm down to about 30 degrees.
We don't regret any of our upgrades. Good luck on your purchase. You are going to love your new TT.
