A quick "Hello."

We've been visiting this site for a couple of weeks now. We've asked a few questions or read other folks questions and the many replys offered. As a ersult, my wife Beverly and I just signed papers to get a new 2015 Jayco White Hawk 27DSRL. Chose the "Coffee" interior color scheme. Not sure when it will be delivered. May is OK since I don't have anyplace set up to park it right now. 3' of snow blocking where I want to put it!
Based on some of what we read, we requested the stock Chinese tires be removed and Kumho D-rated tires be mounted.
Dealer, (Hilltop RV) in Baxter was wonderful to work with. Very accommodating. They are not a "discount" RV dealer, but emphasize service after the sale. They completely lived up to their reputation with this sale. Everything we said we wanted on the trailer, they either added at no additional cost to us, or a small cost to cover dealer expense.
Needless to say, we are looking forward to this new adventure in our lives and hope to meet some of you out on the road.
Best wishes...
Glen

Let us know where your headed because we do cross paths and it's fun to see each other face to face. We tend to be rather close knit here and we are happy to help each other out. With some luck we shall meet too.

PS : You'll find these friendships last a life time.

Welcome to the Site and truly hope you enjoy your new TT. Picked up our 2015 27DSRL last June and we have really enjoyed the trips with ours. In January put over 2200 miles going to Florida and back with the Chinese tires , they will be replaced soon.
Picked up lots of great advice, Mods to complete, places to go, improving our outdoor cooking, even what Beers to drink, from the people on this site.

Enjoy
