Adding a ladder? Swift slx

I was looking to install a ladder on my 185 swift slx.I was wondering if any one has added a ladder to a swift slx.? I was looking at some universal ones, and the insturctions say you have to know were the blocking is. I am guessing, there are talking about the framing. Thanks for any input.

built a 4 rung ladder for our swift 184 out of 2x2 lumber from home depot, added u brackets at the top to fit over the rail of the top bunk, and put rubber furniture feet on the bottom to protect the floor. total cost was 9 dollars. ours is removable so when we don't have little ones along we store it on the top bunk or leave it at home. have seen a prior thread where some one made a ladder from pvc pipe.....happy camping!

Contact Jayco via their Contact Us form on their website. Provide your trailer vin and contact info. Then ask them to provide you the drawings for the roof and rear outside wall. Their will email them to you in a pdf file. Once you have those drawings you will be able to see where any blocking is located.
