I just added a Cable TV hook up in my 184BH for times when I want to hook up to camp ground cable. I tried to keep it as simple and neat as possible while making it look as professional as I could on the inside. I placed the outside hook up just next to the outside storage door. The cable goes through the compartment floor to the underside and then is secured along the frame (with zip ties) to the opposite side of the camper. It comes up through the bottom, behind the fridge and attaches to an inside cable wall mount that it secured to the side of the cabinet just belong the counter top. This way all of the TV connections are located in the same basic place inside of the camper. Now I don't have to relocate the TV when switching from satellite to shore cable. I also don't have a cable line running along the floor.
I only needed a length of coax cable, heavy duty zip ties, expanding foam, an outdoor cable cover and an indoor wall plate. Tools used were a standard battery powered drill, cable ends, cutter-splicer and scissors. The job took about an hour, including set up and clean up.
that looks professional...I should have waited and followed your method! Great job!!
I picked up on that "don't have a cable line running along the floor."
LBL1206, That wasn't a knock against your job. I just couldn't risk having the cable exposed on the floor with my two little guys inside the camper. I am getting ready to copy your backsplash. I showed my wife the pics and she likes the easy to clean, finished look it provides.

oh, I know; I was just ribbing you. In fact my wife asked if there wasn't a different way than what I did.
Now I know of a way that is way better than my method. Something for me to do later in the Fall....
hope all is well w/you and Family....Fall Colors are soon approaching up your way too...
Not exactly sure what you mean. It doesn't go above the fridge. I brought it up through the floor behind fridge and out the side panel just under the counter top. Access behind the fridge was simple. I just removed the two plastic vent covers.
